Summit Overview
This one-day Summit will showcase real-world learnings and innovations from urban infill projects to timber modular builds, while spotlighting strategies to reduce costs, speed up delivery, and build sustainable, high-quality factory built housing.
From policymakers to builders, and in partnership with community housing organizations and regulators, the full factory built housing ecosystem will convene on a national scale. The summit will focus on unlocking the core conditions for success: site readiness, financing and design excellence.
Through keynotes, panels, and networking opportunities, participants will have a front-row seat in shaping a scalable, resilient housing future and building the cross-sector momentum needed to bring affordable factory built housing to life across Canada.
