9. Refunds and Transfers
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.

However, if you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. To request a transfer, please contact Shauna Rae at shauna [at] thekeesmaatgroup.com with the name and email address of the new ticket holder no later than 48 hours before the event.
